Hi Everybody, I’m John and I’m here today at Dan O’Brien Kia in Concord New Hampshire to show you three great safety features about our Kia Soul. Now one of them of course is the crumple zones that create safety for you. The crumple zones are designed to help you out in case of a collision. What happens then is that the energy from the crash is dissipated away from the inside of the cabin by allowing all of the energy to be absorbed into the fenders, the front and the hood. All of that energy blows away from the inside of the vehicle keeping everybody protected inside. Another great thing about this in a very hard front in collision the engine and transmission are designed to drop away from underneath the vehicle. That way it’s not going through the cabin wall and again hurting anybody inside of the Kia Soul. One of the greatest things too as well especially around at night up here we have a lot of the animals on the side of the road that keep on seeing that will want to walk out, is that we have over two hundred degrees of vision allowed with our headlights at night. So when your taking those turns your going to see ahead of yourself before you actually get all the way into the turn. And again it helps out.
